Andrea Blunt

Ladies and gents, I am thrilled to announce that this coming friday, November 12th, we will be welcoming the charming Andrea Blunt back to After Hours.

She was last seen when her band honeymoon headlined back in August and we're all pleased as punch to be having her back to play some solo tunes!

This month's dress-up theme: leftover Halloween costumes.

See you this Friday!

James "The Wizard People" Meder

This past Friday marked another successful After Hours show at the lovely little Dragon Theatre. As evidenced by the promotional art (designed by After Hours regular Sarah Lyn Rogers), James Meder helmed our last installment. After watching his fingers fly across the fretboard, I have determined that James Meder is not a regular person like you or me. He is a wizard. A guitar wizard.

If you're interested on keeping tabs on Mr. Meder, check out his MySpace. Feel free to send him love notes and join us in our efforts to convince him to return to the South Bay soon.

A playlist with videos from the show should be posted in the next few days. Stay tuned! And remember, if you or someone you know would like to perform at After Hours, or if you have any feedback about what could make the show more successful, feel free to contact me at afterhours@dragonproductions.net

A big thank you goes out to everyone who was there on Friday-- all of the performers, everyone in the audience, and all of you who helped out in small ways throughout the night. It's great to have such a supportive group, and if everyone continues to spread the word and bring their friends, we can assure that the After Hours series has a long and vibrant life!

Stay cool,
-Kevin

Greetings!

Hello and welcome to the Dragon After Hours blog! This is going to be a place to post previews for upcoming shows and recaps of recently past shows. We're all off to the theatre in just a few minutes here to enjoy the finger-pickin' guitar virtuosity of one James Meder, and you should be too!

But for now, here are some videos from previous After Hours shows. Enjoy!
